Classical Design for Twin Villas
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I have two nearly identical villas side-by-side in Izghawa, Qatar and I want every interior space—living areas, all bedrooms, kitchens, corridors, bathrooms, even the stairs and lobby—finished in a cohesive classical style. Think balanced proportions, elegant mouldings, layered lighting and refined material choices that flow naturally from one villa to the next.
What I need from you
• Concept mood boards that capture the overall classical narrative for both villas.
• Scaled layouts and reflected ceiling plans showing wall treatments, column details, cornices and lighting positions.
• High-quality 3D visualisations for every main room so I can sign off before fit-out begins.
• A complete finishes and materials schedule (marble, parquet, timber panelling, decorative gypsum, paint codes, fabric references, hardware).
• Furniture and accessory selections that complement the architecture, with sourcing notes suitable for the Qatari market.
• Construction-ready drawings that my local contractors can execute without ambiguity.
Acceptance criteria
1. Design language remains consistently classical yet never feels duplicated between the two villas.
2. All drawings are delivered in editable CAD (DWG) and PDF.
3. Renders clearly show day and night lighting scenarios.
4. Final package aligns with Qatari building standards.
