I’d like you to translate the concept into clear, build-ready documentation. Starting from concept sketches, progress to a polished elevation and a simple 3-D visual so I can assess materials, depth and proportion. If you have a portfolio featuring classic, neoclassical or traditional homes, please include it in your bid—seeing comparable work will help me choose quickly.
Deliverables
• Front elevation (PDF + DWG) with key dimensions
• Material and finish notes integrated on the sheet
• One perspective rendering or model view that captures depth, shadows and overall look
Preferred tools are AutoCAD (or similar) for line work and any mainstream renderer—Lumion, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Enscape—for visuals. Turnaround time and milestone plan are flexible; just let me know what you need to deliver quality work.
