G+2 Bungalow 3D Elevation Visualization

I have a G+2 bungalow ready in plan and sections; what’s missing is a striking external elevation that captures a contemporary mood. I’m after a modern aesthetic defined by concrete-like finishes and soft, flowing curves. Even though the dominant cladding will be brick, I still want the façade to feel light and sculptural, so clever massing, reveals, and texture changes are welcome.

Key visual drivers: generous balconies that read as livable outdoor rooms and large, well-proportioned windows that flood the interiors with daylight. Thoughtful lighting is also important—integrated strips, sconces, or recessed fittings that highlight the curves after sunset without turning the house into a theme park.

The final output I need:

• A refined 3D model of the full exterior (SketchUp, Revit, or similar is fine; I’ll take the native file).
• Two to three high-resolution still renders: one daylight, one dusk to show the lighting concept, and, if time allows, a close-up that focuses on the material transitions.

If you can turn quick clay drafts for feedback before committing to the detailed textures and lighting pass, that would streamline approvals on my side. Timelines are flexible within reason, but I’d like to see the first draft façade study within a week once you’re on board.
