High-End 3D Photo-Realistic Renderings & Interior Walkthrough – Modern Residential Project
We are looking for an expert architectural visualizer / interior 3D artist to create high-end, photo-realistic interior and exterior renderings, along with a smooth interior walkthrough video for a premium residential development in Queensland, Australia. The structural and architectural design is 100% complete. We will provide the full, detailed PDF set titled "2022-013-R - LOT 1 FRESHWATER POCKET, BRINSMEAD ISSUE D.pdf", and can provide the native DWG/AutoCAD files upon hiring to ensure precise scale and geometry.
Scope of Work3D Modeling: Build the accurate 3D model strictly based on our architectural drawings, floor plans, and elevations.
Interior Design & Texturing: Apply a modern, sophisticated material palette based on our design brief. Key features include integrated stone stack tile feature walls, feature timber slat walls that transition from the exterior to the interior, and high-end modern kitchen joinery.
Photo-Realistic Still Renders: Exterior (2-3 Views): Showcasing the front elevation, entry porch, and the rear patio/infinity pool zone. Interior (4-5 Views): Focusing heavily on the open-plan Living/Dining/Kitchen area, the central open Courtyard view, the Media Room, and the Master Ensuite/Make-up area.
Interior Walkthrough Video (Optional/Highly Preferred): A 30–60 second smooth, cinematic fly-through video showcasing the flow from the main entrance, through the open living zones, looking into the central courtyard.
Deliverables
Native 3D working model file (FBX, OBJ, or Max).
6–8 High-resolution still renders (4K resolution, JPEG/PNG).
1 x 1080p or 4K cinematic walkthrough video file (MP4).
