Bathroom 3D Visualizations

I am looking for a skilled 3D artist/designer to create realistic visualizations of a bathroom based on provided measurements and inspirational reference photos.

Scope of Work

Input Material:
- Accurate bathroom measurements (floor plan with measurements).
- Inspirational/reference photos for design style, materials, and finishes.
- Notes on preferred colors, fixtures, and layout ideas.
- MORE info will be provided then currently supplied.

Deliverables:
- High-quality 3D renders (at least 5–7 different angles/views of the bathroom).
- Realistic representation of finishes, lighting, tiles, and fixtures.
- 2 rounds of minor revisions to layout, if needed.
- 5 rounds of revisions to colors and textures.

Requirements:

- Good portfolio.
- Experience in interior 3D rendering and realistic visualization.
- Ability to accurately translate measurements into a proportional 3D model.
- Attention to detail for textures, lighting, and material realism.
- Final output in high-resolution PNG (and source file in SketchUp/3ds Max/Blender or similar).

Timeline:

- Draft renders within 5–7 days.
- Final renders after revisions within 3–5 days.
