I need complete interior planning and photorealistic visualization for my 2-bedroom flat with an attached terrace. The brief is straightforward: interpret the architectural plan, develop accurate 2D furniture layouts, and then turn those drawings into high-quality 3D renders that capture a clean Modern aesthetic in neutral tones.

Scope
The work covers every space shown on the plan—living room, both bedrooms, and the full terrace. I expect cohesive material, lighting, and décor decisions so the whole apartment feels like one story, yet each area retains its own character and function.

Deliverables
• Dimensioned 2D layouts (dwg or pdf) for furniture, electrical, and ceiling concepts
• 3D visualizations—4K stills plus the raw source files (SketchUp / 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar)
• One round of refinements after I review the first draft

Acceptance
Final files must match the given plan precisely, reflect the agreed colour palette, and be ready for hand-off to my contractor without further amendments.
