Architectural 3D Visualization Specialist Needed
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I am looking to find a good partner for completing the 3d architectural visualisation job.
Project have been done before, but now the building has changed. However, the environment is the same. Therefore, I am looking for someone who can use the U3d file and replace the current building with pool in the scene and render 6-8 renders in high resolution.
New model of the building has been developed in ArchiCAD and exported in U3d file format, which means it will not have the correct UVW textures or correct materials.

I have attached final renders from with the previous building. Main purpose of those images is to demonstrate the level of completion and later photomontage.

Final result is expected to be delivered in Vray and 3ds MAX in resolution around 5000px width.
Method and process should include interim reviews of the progress to allow for any corrections if required.
All information will be available for the chosen candidate (PDF with plans) although, all available information should be clear form the two models available in the links above.
One thing to consider is that 3ds MAX file is around 21GB due to large amount of assets in the scene (plants, trees, etc), therefore, take some time to review the file.
