I am seeking a creative architect to design a modern, two-story villa on a unique corner beachfront plot. The design should emphasize dynamic architectural volumes and a seamless indoor-outdoor flow.
Key Requirements:
• Architectural Concept:
• V-Shaped Structure: The main villa must follow the diagonal boundary of the plot to maximize the panoramic sea view.
• Massing & Balconies: I want a design featuring staggered blocks and expansive glass balconies on the first floor to create shaded lounge areas on the ground level.
• The Sharp Corner: A geometric infinity pool must be integrated into the sharpest triangular point of the land.
• Interior Distribution (Required):
• Main Villa: Ground floor with a spacious drawing room, dining area, and 3 Master Bedrooms. The first floor should accommodate 3 Master Bedrooms, all with large en-suite bathrooms.
• Detached Service Block: A separate building at the back for a kitchen, store, and 2 staff rooms with private baths.
