Architect for 2-Household Home Design
Budget: €8 – €30 EUR
Hello,
I am looking for an architect who can design a house for two households. The idea is:
Ground floor:
A shared main entrance with a shared veranda/anteroom.
From the anteroom, right leads upstairs to our unit, straight ahead is my mother-in-law’s entrance.
In the anteroom, on the left side, there should be a door to a utility room / technical room + storage that is accessible to both units.
My mother-in-law’s apartment (ground floor) should have:
Bathroom
Bedroom
Walk-in closet
Kitchen + living room in an open floor plan
First floor (our apartment):
1 children's bedroom
Bathroom
Pantry/storage room
Kitchen + living room in an open floor plan
Stairs to the second floor
Second floor:
Master bedroom
Walk-in closet
WC
1 children's bedroom
The second floor should be slightly narrower to allow for two balconies (one on each side).
We would also like a terrace on the right side (both downstairs and upstairs), ideally accessible from the kitchen, but we’re not sure exactly how to arrange that.
We need help to plan all of this—how to make it work and what it would look like.
