Arch visualization

I have site plans and conceptual building drawings, and I care most about one key thing: a striking bird’s-eye-view visualization set in its real surroundings. I want the building mass to be harmoniously integrated into the site—above all into the greenery, trees, and other vegetation that I will indicate in the reference photos provided.

I expect realistic daylight lighting with natural shading so that the façade materials and the terrain contours look credible.

On my side:
– drawings, site plan, and photos of the surroundings.

On your side:
• a high-resolution render (minimum 4K, in .jpg or .png format),
• the source scene / 3D file in a common format (e.g. .blend, .max, .c4d, depending on the software used),
• one round of minor revisions after the initial approval of the color palette and lighting.

I am looking for an aesthetic close to aerial photography, so I am counting on skillful work with camera setup, HDRI, and post-processing.
