What I need is experienced guidance to turn that model into a polished virtual tour. The final tour must work smoothly in a VR headset and include an interactive floor plan overlay so viewers always know where they are inside the space. I’m aware free online builders exist, but I’d rather rely on a specialist who can optimise the Max scene, bake the right textures, set up the navigation logic and export everything correctly.
I’m flexible on the platform—whether you favour 3DVista, Matterport, Kuula, or another workflow—so long as the result meets these acceptance points:
• Seamless VR-headset navigation
• Web-shareable build (link or embed) plus local files I can archive.
