Apartment 3D Renders & Layout

I am refreshing an apartment and need convincing, photorealistic 3D imagery that captures my intended furniture arrangement. The scope is limited to the three core spaces — living room, kitchen and bedroom — but I want each scene to feel cohesive, well-lit and ready for client presentation.

Here is what I expect:
• One hero viewpoint per room plus any supporting angles required to explain the layout.
• A simple overhead layout for each room showing precise furniture placement, so contractors can read dimensions easily.
• Clean, high-resolution exports (minimum 4K JPEG/PNG) and the editable source files in the native software you model in.

Please base your workflow on whichever tool you are fastest in (3ds Max + V-Ray, Blender + Cycles, SketchUp + Enscape, or similar). Realistic materials, correct scale and balanced lighting are essential; no catalog placeholders unless they match the actual pieces specified.

When you reply, focus on your interior visualisation experience. A few screenshots or a link to past apartments you rendered will be enough—I am not requesting a full proposal deck. Also mention your typical turnaround time for three rooms so I can align this project with my renovation schedule.
