Project Overview:
We are looking for a talented 3D visualizer or motion designer to create a 3D animated floor plan video for our residential project.

Scope of Work:

Convert our provided 2D floor plan (PDF/JPG/CAD) into a 3D visual model.

Design interiors with realistic textures, furniture, lighting, and flooring.

Create a 3D walk-through or top-view animation highlighting each area (living room, bedroom, kitchen, balcony, etc.).

Add camera flyovers, zoom-ins, and smooth transitions between rooms.

Include elegant background music and text labels (room names, sizes, etc.).

Output suitable for Instagram, YouTube, and website use.

Deliverables:

1 final 3D animation video (30–60 seconds, Full HD or 4K).

3D model file (preferred: Blender, 3ds Max, or SketchUp).

Short teaser version (optional for social media reels).
