Accurate Photoreal Site Rendering
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have PDF blueprints that capture both the existing terrain and the proposed site plan for a new retaining wall and building. I need those drawings transformed into a true-to-scale, photo-realistic 3D rendering that lets my construction team read the lay of the land at a glance.
Accuracy is critical: elevations, grades, wall heights, and building setbacks all have to match the PDFs exactly. Beyond that, the image must clearly show how the wall and structure integrate with the current landscape so we can confirm sight lines, drainage flows, and equipment access before breaking ground.
You’re free to work in the software stack you’re most comfortable with—SketchUp + V-Ray, Revit + Enscape, 3ds Max + Corona, Lumion, Twinmotion, or a similar pipeline—as long as the final output is a high-resolution still (and optionally a short fly-through) that we can share across tablets on-site.
Deliverables
• One high-resolution rendering (min. 4K) from the main viewpoint
• At least two additional angles that show the wall’s tie-in with the existing grades
• Source model files and textures so we can make minor edits later
I’ll supply the PDFs immediately on award, along with any clarifications you need on contours or material call-outs. If you can turn around a first draft quickly for review, even better; construction planning is already under way.
