Small 3ds Max Lounge Model

I have a compact lounge that I need turned into a tidy 3ds Max scene. The space follows a modern style and the layout is already locked in—I’ll supply the floor plan with a clear top view. Most of the furniture pieces repeat, so once you model one sofa module or side table you can instance it around the room, keeping the workload light.

What must appear in the model:
• Seating area

I’ll send over reference photos for every item, so there’s no guesswork on proportions or finishes. All I need back is a clean, well-layered .max file (2020 or above) with standard materials and naming that lets me drop the scene straight into my rendering pipeline.
