Photoreal 3D Interior HVAC Visualization

I have a full architectural plan set for a single-family home and now need the interior converted into a highly accurate 3D scene. The focus is the HVAC system, so every duct, register, air-handler and visible connection must be present and correctly routed. I’ll supply PDF, you translate them into a clean, well-layered model.

Because I intend to use the file for client education, materials and lighting have to sit close to photo-real. Once the scene is textured and lit, I need a handful of smooth camera moves that glide from room to room, pausing on the key HVAC components so viewers can inspect how they tie into the architecture. Final video length to be determined. Some projects have been 5 minutes, some a little longer.

If you’re comfortable marrying engineering accuracy with cinematic quality, I’m ready to share drawings and jump right in.

Project will start in October and need to be finished in November. Tight turn around, so someone go is very familiar with 3DSMax is needed.
All project files are I’ll need to be turned over to me at end of project. NDA will also be required before project can start.
