3D Booth Design – Two Concepts
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I’m looking for a full-service 3D designer who can develop two distinct concepts for a booth measuring 8 m × 3 m with a 3 m ceiling height. The overall aesthetic should be simple and clean while still showcasing our brand identity.
Key requirements
• Construction should assume a wood framework so your proposals need to respect realistic joinery and panel sizing.
• Colour palette must follow our existing company branding; please weave those tones naturally into walls, furniture finishes and graphics.
• Illumination will rely mainly on LED strips, so factor in channels, power runs and accent positions to ensure even, glare-free lighting.
• Layout essentials: a meeting nook with one table and four comfortable seats, a compact coffee corner for refreshments, and a 2.5 m (W) × 3 m (H) PP2.6 LED screen that reads clearly from the aisle.
Deliverables
1. Two fully modelled 3D concepts rendered in high resolution (day and evening looks).
2. Scaled plan and elevation drawings showing furniture, power points and screen placement.
3. Source files (preferably in 3ds Max, SketchUp, or Cinema 4D) with all textures linked.
4. A short material-finish legend so our build team can price and fabricate accurately.
Please keep the file sizes manageable and indicate any plug-ins used so there are no import surprises. I’ll provide brand guidelines and logo assets as soon as we kick off.
