CT scan (JPEG sequence from fmri) to convert in solid object

Hello,
I'm looking for someone to translate CT scans files (JPEG sequence from an fMRI) in a solid object (obj, stl..) with colors attached. All means are good (I think blender does it) but the goal is to use the solid object in Maya with Arnold rendering and therefore to find a way to import/attach/generate the colors based on the initial shade of gray.
