3D Modelling for Medical Mannequin

Summary
I am looking for an experienced freelancer or studio to help convert a physical mannequin/dummy into a high-quality 3D model that can be used for 3D printing and further product development.

The goal is to create an accurate digital version of the mannequin to be used for medical training purposes, and then refine it into a clean, printable STL file. This model will later be modified to integrate internal components, so the geometry needs to be suitable for engineering use—not just a visual mesh.

Scope of Work:

* 3D scan a physical mannequin (full body or torso)
* Process and clean the scan data (remove noise, fix holes, smooth surfaces)
* Convert the scan into a usable 3D model
* Deliver a watertight, high-quality STL file suitable for 3D printing
(Preferred) Provide an editable CAD file (eg. STEP) for future modifications

Important Requirements:

* Experience with 3D scanning and reverse engineering
* Ability to deliver clean, manufacturable geometry (not just raw mesh)
* Have access to 3D scanning equipment
* As the task needs physical visit to a site in India, only professionals from India should apply.
