Boat Edge Profile Scanning and Casting

I need the profile of the top edge of my boat side scanned. The purpose is to create a pure aluminium cast that matches the boat's profile and finishes flat on top. This flat surface will aid in fitting a structure to the top edge. The photos provided give a guide on profile and placement of the mountings, the silver level is 53mm wide for reference and there is an area highlighted in green on a picture of a boat that has the structure already fitted for reference also.

Requirements:
- The scan area is 570mm x 60mm
- The cast must be made of pure aluminium
- The casting will be used above the waterline

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with 3D or laser scanning
- Familiarity with aluminium casting
- Precision in matching profiles and flat finishes
