Create me a 3d character modelling

Good day over there!

So, I choose a model of my own, as a basis for my character, and have you
edit the model and textures, and add some accessories and a bit of clothing
{Headband & Scarf} and such a bit toward what my character is?
Is it okay if I could get a possible quote for this?
While the character isn’t very. I do want it to have a good amount of details.
Well maybe NSFW textures as well to the file I will send, and some
expressions, nsfw ones, and a pair of gauntlets, I will also have a ref sheet
for it in the future.
The model I will send will have to be changed to the of character, because
the character colors and shape on the model will most likely be different, So
I want color white for it all, except for the plack paw pads and nail, and
inside of the mouth blue, and the penis blue, and for the anus dark blue,
and the glows.
Are you alright in making both SFW and NSFW version?
