Blender3D - character rigging and animation

We are looking for an artist with a solid Blender3D portfolio with a focus on character rigging and animation.

We need to populate a 3D scene of the hospital image reading room (we provide the 3D scene in Blender) with the doctors in white robes and nurses in uniforms. They should have limited movements/animations while sitting in front of the image reading monitors, pretending we have live people in the scene. Please, check the image references attached.

Characters' movements include:
a) turning head up or down or sidewise within the monitor's viewpoint.
b) leaning forward closer to the monitor
c) leaning backward away from the monitor
d) touching/moving the mouse on the table.

The total animation duration per 3D person is about 10 sec. We provide doctors' 3D models made and rigged in Cinema 4D:

These high-poly character models need to be converted to Blender and optimized for GPU rendering.
