3D printing of hard plastic

I have attached an image that shows what I want to have.

I have purchased a cloth holder. It's made a of steel. I use it to store devices.

As you can see, it does not fit.

I need the same thing, but with different dimensions.

I would like to ask if this can be 3D printed so that I define the correct size.

I wanted to make it out of hard plastic.
Ideally, it should be 135 cm long...

Is that possible? Or what would you suggest?
