Variable Infill Toolpath Grasshopper Script
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m looking for a Grasshopper 2.0 specialist to build a growth-curve-based toolpath generator for FDM printing. The script should read a mesh with an associated stress colour map, then translate that data into variable-density infill so high-stress regions receive tighter paths while low-stress areas stay sparse. The end goal is increased structural strength without unnecessary material.
Core expectations
• Grasshopper 2.0 definition that accepts any mesh + colour map and outputs clear polylines or G-code ready for slicing.
• Adjustable parameters: minimum / maximum infill percentage, growth-curve function, layer height and line width.
• Quick demo on the sample model I’ll supply, showing how infill varies along the stress gradient.
• Short usage notes so I can tweak values later.
Please share past work that proves your command of Grasshopper scripting, computational infill strategies or custom toolpath creation for FDM.
