Universal Triple Spray Gun Holder

Job ID: 40193879

Budget: £20 – £250 GBP

I need a 3D-printable holder that safely stores three spray guns of any common make, plus a separate PPS2 pot rest with a drip-catching lip at the base.

Key points I have in mind
• Universal fit – no brand-specific contours; each cradle should grip a standard HVLP body and allow the air-cap to clear the wall.
• Plastic construction – I will be printing the parts in PET-G, so please keep wall thicknesses and overhangs printer-friendly.
• Mounting – incorporate robust screw holes so the rack can bolt to a workshop wall or the ply lining inside my van; countersunk heads are preferred.
• PPS2 pot station – design a simple dock that lets the pot sit upright and channels any drips into the integrated lip. It can be a clip-on module or a contiguous base, whichever is cleaner.

Deliverables
1. Native CAD file (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or STEP) with editable features.
2. Ready-to-print STL files for both the triple gun rack and the PPS2 pot holder.
3. A quick layout drawing or screenshot showing mounting-hole positions and overall dimensions so I can mark drills accurately.

Acceptance criteria: files open without errors, all overhangs <60°, screw holes align with a 5 mm wood screw, and the drip lip clears at least 3 mm beneath the pot.

If something in the brief is unclear, let’s talk before you commit hours to modelling.
