Stylish Utility Cast 3D Model

Job ID: 40423329

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹2,500 INR

I need a 3D printable arm cast-style utility item that is meant to look good on display as much as it works in real life. The model will ultimately serve an aesthetic purpose, so the form and overall visual appeal matter just as much as the fit and function.

Moderate details are all that’s required—I’m not after jewellery-grade ornamentation, but clean edges, thoughtfully placed openings, and a visually pleasing surface finish will be important. Once complete, I will print it on an FDM machine, so please keep common print constraints in mind: sensible wall thicknesses, minimal unsupported overhangs, and geometry that slices cleanly.

Deliverables:
• Design has to be a two-part interlocking system with ventilation opening.
• One watertight, manifold file in STL (OBJ or 3MF as optional extras)
• A short note on recommended print settings (layer height, infill, supports)

Time line: 3 days to 4 days

3D Printing Constraints (FDM) - Design must:
• Avoid unnecessary supports
• Use practical wall thicknesses (2–3 mm typical)
• Minimize steep overhangs (>45°)
• Include proper tolerances for interlocking parts
• Be easy to slice and print

If you build the model in SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Blender, or a similar mainstream package, please leave the file parametric so I can tweak dimensions later. Let’s create a utility cast that’s both practical and eye-catching.
