Split Figure STL With Pegs
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I have a single-piece STL of a collectible figure and need it prepared for 3D printing. Please separate the model into logical, print-friendly sections and add well-sized pegs so the parts snap together easily once they come off the printer.
The final package should include:
• Individual STL files for each section, named clearly.
• Matching peg and socket geometry designed for straightforward, wobble-free assembly.
• A quick note on the recommended print orientation or any special supports if something is critical.
I’m flexible on where the cuts happen as long as surface detail is preserved and the assembled statue looks seamless. Let me know if you see any issues in the mesh that might need a quick fix while you’re in there. Blender, Meshmixer, Fusion 360 or similar tools are all fine—use whatever you’re most efficient with, just deliver clean STL files ready to slice.
