Silicone Proof of Concept Prototype

I’m ready to take my product idea off the sketchpad and into my hands. The end goal is a fully-functional, physical prototype made from silicone that I can present as a proof of concept before moving to full-scale manufacturing.

Here’s what you’ll help me with:
• Translate my sketches and feature notes into production-ready CAD files.
• Advise on—and, if possible, create—the mold or tooling best suited for silicone casting.
• Produce one high-quality prototype that accurately reflects dimensions, texture, and flexibility.
• Provide any design tweaks or manufacturing notes that will smooth the transition to mass production.

Experience with silicone molding, rapid prototyping tools (e.g., SolidWorks, Fusion 360, CNC, 3D-printed molds), and small-batch fabrication is essential. If you’ve previously delivered physical prototypes meant for manufacturing approval, I’d love to see examples.
