Shapr3D Print Ready Prototype Modeling
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a real-world part to replicate and plenty of reference material ready for you: clear photos, short videos from multiple angles, and precise measurements. Your job is to turn that data into a high-detail 3D model in Shapr3D that I can send straight to the printer.
Because the prototype will be pulled and loaded in tension again and again during fit-testing, strength comes first. Please build in the usual durability features—fillets, ribs, or thicker walls wherever the geometry calls for them—and keep an eye on overall flexibility and toughness so the part won’t crack under repeated stress.
Accuracy matters too. I need dimensions to land within ±0.2 mm of the numbers I supply, and the exported geometry must be watertight and free of non-manifold errors so it drops into a slicer with zero repairs.
When the digital fit looks right to both of us, hand over:
• Native Shapr3D file for future tweaks
• Clean STL and STEP exports that pass an integrity check
