Scaled-Down 3D Printed Walker

I'm seeking a 3D model of a walker, scaled down to 85% of its original size. This model will be used for display purposes only and should be able to withstand being underwater 24/7.

Requirements:
- 3D printed material: PLA, ABS, or PETG
- Basic detail level is acceptable
- Functional is not required, but must be durable enough for underwater use

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and printing
- Experience with waterproofing or suitable materials for underwater applications
- Ability to create models with basic detailing
