STL Wrapping for 3D Printing

I need help combining two STL files for 3D printing. One STL is a rounded surface (like a sphere or cylinder) and the other is flat.
Requirements:
- The flat STL should be wrapped around the rounded surface like a decal.
- I have multiple versions of the rounded surfaces, but they are mostly similar in shape and size.
