STL Repair for Print Ready

Job ID: 40021296

Budget: $30 – $250 AUD

I’m working with an STL that should be printed, but when I inspect it I can clearly see holes and gaps where geometry is incomplete. The printer’s slicer flags non-manifold edges and refuses to generate a solid tool-path, so I need the mesh rebuilt and closed without altering the original scale or detail.

The task is straightforward: seal every opening, restore any missing faces, and return a single, watertight STL that my slicer (PrusaSlicer / Cura) will accept without additional fixes. You are free to use Netfabb, Meshmixer, Blender, ZBrush, or any other mesh-editing workflow you prefer, as long as the exported model remains manifold and ready for FDM printing.

Deliverables:
• Repaired, hole-free STL, same units and orientation as the source
• Quick screenshot or report proving the file passes a standard mesh check (non-manifold edges = 0, flipped normals = 0)

Once I confirm the file slices cleanly, the project is done.
