STL Mold Modification Design
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I already have complete STL files of the original parts; now I need a fresh set of files that can go straight to 3-D printing a liquid-silicone mold. Every component must be resized uniformly, and the geometry refined—edges smoothed, subtle curvature added, and certain dimensions tweaked—to guarantee an easy de-mold and a clean finish once poured.
You’ll start from my existing STLs, adjust all parts for the new scale, and apply the shape improvements without introducing distortion or loss of detail. The final deliverable is a collection of watertight, error-free STL files ready for slicer software and compatible with standard SLA or FDM machines that print mold masters.
Deliverables
• Updated STL for each part, resized and altered as described
• A brief change log noting the scale factor and key dimensional shifts
• Confirmation screenshots or reports from Meshmixer/Netfabb (or similar) showing the files are manifold and print-ready
If you prefer to work in Fusion 360, SolidWorks, Blender, or similar, that’s fine—just export to STL in the end. I’ll review the models in Cura and elegoo slicer; if they load cleanly and measure to spec, we’re done.
