Resize Screw Holes in STL

I have an existing STL model with four screw holes that currently measure 4 mm.
I do not have a step file.
I simply need every one of those holes resized to 2.5 mm—no other alterations required.
Please return the updated, print-ready STL and a STEP file as well.
