Realistic Disc Golf Arm STL

I’m creating a display piece that shows the disc-golf back-hand “power pocket” and I need a printable, anatomically accurate human arm from shoulder to fingertips. The pose is already defined: shoulder rotated so the elbow sits slightly in front of an invisible torso, elbow bent roughly 90°, fore-arm held horizontal, and the wrist curled in just a touch. Please keep the muscles believable—think moderate definition, not a body-builder caricature—and set the hand in an open, relaxed position so each finger reads clearly but is curved to hold a disc that will be added later. Scaled so Bicep length is 3-4" and forearm/hand/wrist is 6-8" long
File and print considerations
• Format: clean, watertight STL
• Part count: 3–4 pieces, split around the elbow and wrist so nothing exceeds a standard 220 mm build volume
• Built-in alignment pegs or keyed connectors that preserve the arm’s exact pose when glued
• Print-ready orientation or notes to avoid major overhangs
I’ll send a reference photo of the pose the moment we start. Feel free to model in ZBrush, Blender, or your preferred sculpting package; all I need in the end is the final STL set plus any brief assembly notes.
