3D Printing case for Jetson Orin Nano
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I’m looking for a custom-made 3D printed that fits the NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano exactly. I already know I want it printed in PETG for its heat resistance and durability, so please design and produce the final part with that filament in mind.
Functional requirements
• The board must seat securely with no rattle.
• Ventilation openings on at least two sides to keep the module cool.
• Pre-drilled mounting holes so I can fix the case to a panel or robot frame.
• Clear, well-aligned access ports for every Jetson Orin Nano connector (USB-C, Ethernet, HDMI, GPIO, power, etc.).
Finishing touches
Once printed, I’d like the surface painted or coated in a matte black (or a colour you recommend for PETG) and the corners reinforced so the box can handle light knocks in the field.
Deliverables
1. Final enclosure delivered to my address, ready to use.
2. STL (and, if you work in Fusion 360 or SolidWorks, the source CAD file) so I can iterate in the future.
3. A quick build sheet: printer settings, layer height, infill, temperatures, and the paint/coating system you applied.
Please include an estimated turnaround time from design approval to shipment in your bid. I’m happy to provide precise board measurements and photos as soon as we start.
