3D Printed Soft Worm Mold

I want to pour my own soft-plastic worms and need a clean, reliable mold that I can print at home. The lure itself should fall in the 5–6 inch range and carry the classic worm profile—slender body, subtle taper, nothing too wild so it appeals to bass and other freshwater predators. I Wanted to have a hook slot Identical to the five inch yum Dinger.

Here’s what I’m after: a two-part mold that locks together neatly, includes an injection port for heated plastisol, and vents so trapped air doesn’t leave dents. I will be printing in petg on an Bamboo labs a 1 though an SLA-friendly design is welcome if it offers crisper detail. Please keep wall thicknesses and tolerances realistic for hobby-level printing so I don’t need exotic settings or materials.

Deliverables
• STL (or compatible) files for each mold half, plus any alignment pins or clamps modeled in.
• A short note on recommended print orientation, infill, and post-processing so the halves seat flush.
• One round of tweaks after I test-fit the first print, in case minor adjustments are needed for flow or finish.
