3D-Printed Polycarbonate VFR750 Windshield

Job ID: 39904761

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I need a replacement windshield for my 1986 Honda VFR 750 and want it produced in polycarbonate/carbon fiber stock fairing.

Scope
• Create or verify accurate CAD files based on the OEM screen so mounting holes and curvature match factory spec.
• 3D print or otherwise fabricate the screen in impact-resistant polycarbonate/carbon fiber.
• (not as necessary) Finish and polish edges, apply basic UV-stable clear coat, and ship the ready-to-install piece to me.

What I can supply
• Photos and measurements of the existing mount points.
• Feedback on prototype renders before you commit to the final print.

What I expect from you
• Advice on optimal thickness and any hardware changes needed.
• Progress photos or short videos during fabrication.
• Safe packaging so the windshield arrives scratch-free.

Side note: I am not very particular about finish. I do have the ability to shave, cut, drill holes and polish the part. The most important part is the size, and impact resistance. If it's cheaper to make it any certain way then reach out to me and let me know.

If you have experience producing motorcycle screens, especially with polycarbonate/carbon fiber or using large-format 3D printers, let me know your approach and turnaround time.
