3D Printed Electronic Sliding Lid

I need a 3D-printed sliding lid for our water delivery truck with a horizontal poly tank. The the purpose is to have an electric sliding door so we can fill the tank from the top without climbing a ladder.
It should be made of PETG and have the following features:
- Weather resistant
- Functional for constant use daily
- Able to seal and prevent water leakage
- Motorized movement on a 12 volt circuit
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and printing with PETG
- Experience in designing weather-resistant and water-tight mechanisms
