3D-Printable Ergonomic Coffee Sleeve Design

Job ID: 40471111

Budget: €8 – €30 EUR

Project Brief: Premium Coffee Cup Sleeve Series (3 Sizes)
Project Goal: Design a series of premium, ergonomic, and 3D-printable sleeves (holders) for standard disposable coffee-to-go cups. The design must be modern, functional, and visually striking.

1. Scope of Work (3 Sizes x 3 Designs = 9 Unique Models)
We need a consistent design language across three different cup sizes:

Size S (Small - 8oz / 240ml): Approx. Top ID 80mm, Bottom ID 50mm, Height 80mm.

Size M (Medium - 12oz / 340ml): Top ID 91.5mm, Bottom ID 57.5mm, Height 95mm.

Size L (Large - 16oz / 450ml): Approx. Top ID 95mm, Bottom ID 60mm, Height 110mm.

For each size, provide 3 unique design variations:

Geometric/Facet Style: Sharp, modern, crystalline structures.

Organic/Voronoi Style: Natural, cellular, or parametric mesh patterns.

Minimalist/Flow Style: Dynamic, spiraling, or wave-like textures.

2. Technical Constraints (Crucial)
Support-Free: All designs must be printable without any support material. Overhangs must be optimized (max 50°).

Weight & Time: Max 40g per sleeve. Print time under 1 hour on a standard FDM printer (e.g., Bambu Lab/Prusa).

Wall Thickness: Consistent 2.0mm for structural integrity.

Fit: Must allow the disposable cup to slide in comfortably but remain stable.

3. Deliverables
For each of the 9 models, I require:

Source Files: STL and STEP (for industrial compatibility).

Print Settings Sheet (PDF): A "Ready-to-Print" guide for each model containing:

Recommended layer height (e.g., 0.2mm).

Optimal wall count (e.g., 2 or 3 perimeters).

Infill percentage/pattern (e.g., 10-15% Gyroid).

Recommended printing speed.

Orientation instructions (should be printed vertically as is).

4. Workflow & Deadline
Concept Phase: Provide initial 3D previews/sketches of the 3 styles for the Medium size first.

Approval: Once approved, finalize all 9 models (3 sizes x 3 styles).

Deadline: All files and settings must be delivered within 12 hours.
