3D Printable Card Model

I'm looking for a skilled 3D modeler to create a card designed for printing in two halves that can clip together using a snap-fit mechanism.
Requirements:
- Dimensions: 65mm wide, 90mm high, and 5mm thick once clipped together
- Design to be printable in two halves that snap fit together
- Rounded edges
- 5mm border on both sides of the card
- 5mm hole in the top corner for key ring chain
- No specific design or logo, plain surface
Ideal skills and experience:

- Experience with designing for 3D printing
- Knowledge of snap-fit mechanisms
