3D Printable Bodykit STL Design

Job ID: 40225806

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I need a complete, print-ready STL package that covers the whole perimeter of my car—front, sides, and rear. The kit must include:

• Front lip
• Fender flares (all four arches)
• Side skirts

I’ll share high-resolution scans and key dimensions of the vehicle once we start, along with photos that show the styling direction. Your job is to translate those references into watertight, properly-scaled STL files that drop straight into a slicer with no repairs needed.

Key points to keep in mind:
• Parts should be split logically so they fit a 300 mm print bed, with hidden alignment tabs or bolt flanges for easy assembly.
• Wall thickness should average 3–4 mm unless a structural rib is required.
• Surfaces must be smooth enough to minimise post-processing; generous fillets on exposed edges are welcome.
• Please deliver both the final STLs and the native CAD (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, Rhino or Blender) so I can tweak mounting points later.

Acceptance criteria:
1. All files pass an automated mesh check (no non-manifold edges, flipped normals or open shells).
2. Critical dimensions match my supplied measurements to ±0.5 mm.
3. Each component prints successfully in a test slice with 15 % infill and 0.2 mm layer height without unsupported overhangs above 45°.

If you’re comfortable with automotive styling and additive-manufacturing constraints, this should be a straightforward collaboration. Looking forward to seeing your approach and any relevant examples of previous body-related prints.
