3D Printable Articulated Figurine Creation

I'm looking for a talented 3D artist to create a highly detailed, 3D printable figurine from a character illustration. The figurine should feature movable parts using hinge joints and be optimized for printing with a Bambu Lab printer using PLA material. The final deliverable must be in STL format.

This project serves as a test, and if the outcome meets my expectations, I plan to commission 20–30 more models.
