Print 3,000 TPU Parts

I have one fully-tested STL file and now need 3,000 identical parts produced in TPU. Each piece falls in the 5–15 cm range and will go straight into customer assemblies, so appearance, dimensional accuracy and consistent TPU flexibility are essential.

Material & quality
-high contrast coll\or if possible
• Shore 95 A TPU (or closest industry standard)
• Clean surface finish with no stringing or blobs; flash trimmed
• ±0.2 mm dimensional tolerance across the full run
• Colour: preferably matte black, but I’m open to alternatives if your filament or powder stock is consistent throughout the batch.

Production expectations
I’m comfortable with FDM, SLS, or MJF as long as you can meet the quality notes above. Please mention your machine model(s), bed size, and typical layer height so I can gauge capacity and finish.

Deliverables & milestones
1. Ten sample units shipped first for approval
2. Full batch of 2,990 approved parts, bagged or boxed in lots of 100 and labelled
3. Tracking information and simple post-run dimensional report (digital caliper spot checks on at least 30 random parts)
