3D Print Fridge Baffle Guide
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I need a baffle guide for a French door fridge printed in ABS.
Requirements:
- The part must be 3D printed using ABS material.
- I will provide a sample part for accurate replication.
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in 3D printing, especially with ABS.
- Experience in creating functional, durable plastic parts.
- Ability to accurately replicate provided samples.
The material used needs to be strong enough to open the door baffle thousands of times for the life of the fridge. Attached are photos of the current baffle. Before printing I need to have the tongue of the baffle guide extended by about 12 mm as the current baffle guide is not opening the door baffle fully.
The last photo shows how the baffle guide tongue needs to be extended by about 12mm. The baffle guide is approx 15mm thick (high)
