3D Print File Creation

I'm looking for a skilled 3D modeler to create a print-ready file based on my design brief and sketch. The object is a functional tool, and will need to be printed in a material other than PLA, ABS, or Nylon.

Requirements:
- Medium detail level
- Experience with various 3D printing materials
- Ability to interpret design briefs and sketches accurately
