500 Plastic Telehandler Models

I need a reliable partner to produce 500 giveaway-ready models of our telehandler. Each unit should be molded in plastic, measure between 3-6 inches, and carry a moderate level of surface detail—clear cab outline, boom articulation, wheel treads, and basic brand decals are plenty.

Scope
• Create or refine the 3D file for a clean, production-ready master (I can supply reference photos and dimensions).
• Manufacture 500 identical pieces in durable, smooth-finish plastic. Injection-molding is ideal, but high-quality resin or industrial-grade 3D printing is acceptable if it meets consistency and strength targets.
• Apply a simple paint scheme in our brand colors plus stick-on decals (I’ll provide artwork).
• Deliver the models individually poly-bagged or boxed, ready for event hand-outs.

Quality expectations
• Dimensional accuracy within ±1 mm across the 3-6 inch envelope.
• No visible print lines, flashing, or major blemishes.
• Color matching within standard Pantone tolerance.

Timeline is flexible but I’d like the full batch completed within 6–8 weeks once the design is approved. Please include a brief description of your production process, past miniature or promotional item experience, and the shipping method you’ll use to protect the models in transit.
