PNG Conversion to Detailed STL

Budget: £10 – £20 GBP

Several complex models are currently stored as PNG images, and I need them converted into precise, high-detail STL files that my Bambu Lab A1 can print without additional touch-ups. The PNGs capture intricate geometry, so every ridge, groove and overhang must carry through to the final mesh while keeping the file clean—no stray vertices, non-manifold edges or holes that would stall a slicer.

The workflow is up to you—Blender, ZBrush, Fusion 360, MeshLab or another tool—provided the result meets these acceptance criteria:

• Scale and orientation clearly communicated in millimetres.
• Watertight, manifold STL with a minimum 0.1 mm surface resolution.
• Layer height compatibility tested at 0.08 mm in Bambu Studio without errors.
• One STL per PNG delivered, ready to drop straight into the A1 AMS plate.

If any topology fixes or decimation are required to keep file sizes reasonable, please do so without sacrificing surface detail.

Let me know your typical turnaround time and how you prefer to verify printability (screenshots from automated checks or a quick slice preview both work for me). I’ll share the PNGs as soon as we’ve agreed on the approach.
