PLA Three-Part Thermos 3D Printing

Job ID: 40507292

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I have a prototype concept for a heat-resistant water-bottle thermos that breaks down into three functional pieces: the main bottle, a screw-on lid, and an attachable gourd that snaps on for sipping. I’d like the entire unit printed in PLA so I can evaluate form, fit, and baseline insulation performance before committing to a different material.

Here’s what I need from you:

• Preparation of print-ready files if any tweaks are required for optimal PLA performance (my base STLs are available).
• High-quality FDM printing in PLA
• A clean post-process finish—no stringing, minimal layer lines—so I can test seals immediately.
• Photos for confirmation, then the completed parts carefully packed and shipped to me.

If you have recommendations on print orientation, gasket channels, or extra insulation tricks while staying within PLA’s limits, I’m eager to hear them. Once I approve the photos, just let me know the shipping cost and timeline so we can wrap up the project smoothly.
