Moderate Precision 3D Models

Job ID: 39876309

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

I need a set of functional mechanical components modeled for FDM / SLA 3D printing. The parts will sit inside a small device, so they must fit together reliably, but millimeter-level tolerances are acceptable—nothing aerospace-grade.

Here’s what I’m looking for:
• Clean, watertight STL files plus the editable source (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or comparable CAD).
• Geometry kept simple where possible; fillets, mounting holes, and mating features should reflect real-world print constraints (no walls thinner than 1 mm, overhangs supported, etc.).
• Quick check prints or screenshots to confirm clearances before final hand-off.

I’ll supply sketches with key dimensions, photos of the assembly, and any critical measurements. From you, I need one round of minor tweaks after the first draft so the parts snap into place without excessive post-processing.

If you have experience designing moderate-precision mechanical parts for desktop 3D printers, I’d love to see a couple of examples. Let’s keep the workflow lean, get the files right, and move straight to printing.
